Metal Festivals in Summer 2009 (II)

This entry serves me as an update of that list "complete" already realized at the time to know what signs are the most interesting of this summer English geography. To recapitulate then:

In short, I'll do a summary of what's Cooking:

1. 14 SPILL ROCK : For those who want a good time Rock 'n Roll and music in English.
   
   • Date: 10-11 July 2009 [Friday and Saturday]
     
   • Venue: Pravia, Asturias
   • Price: 40 € 50 € advance box office.

   • Friday: Gamma Ray, Rosendo, Rata Blanca, Hamlet, Koma, School of hatred.
   • Saturday: Turbonegro, Backyard Babies, Sex Museum, Boikot, Uzzhuaia, Gatillazo.
     
   • I stressed Turbonegro, Backyard Babies and Sex Museum as three grupazos of Rock. Gamma Ray and Rata Blanca are classics of Heavy Metal and Koma and School of aggressive pop-metal hate in Spain.
     
2. AZKENA ROCK 2009: A Festival soft to hear good music.
   
   • Date May 14-16, 2009. [Thursday to Saturday]
     
   • Venue: Mendizabala, Vitoria
   • Price: 3 Day Pass -> € 95.40, Thursday: € 33.50. Friday and Saturday € 49.10 per day.

3. BILBAO BBK LIVE 2009 : more commercial music to take the day.

4. KOBETASONIK 2009 : For lovers of fine metal and leading groups
   
   • Date: 19-20 June 2009 [Friday and Saturday]
     
   • Place: Kobetamendi, Bilbao
   • Price: Payment 2 days: 95 €, 1 day: 50 €

   • Saturday: Motl Crüe, Dream Theater, In Flames, Thin Lizzy, Anthrax, Papa Roach, Buckcherry, Dragonforce, Hatebreed, God Forbid, Lauren Harris, Ekon.
     
   • This concert kills me and I'm looking forward. A wide selection of styles and groups already established as Mötley Crüe, Guns n 'Roses, Anthrax or Cradle of Filth who join the new wave of grupazos such as Machine Head, Trivium, Hatebreed, Devildriver and Gojira ... I recommend 100%.
     
5. LORCA ROCK 2009 : If you want more cane, this is your festival.
   
   • Date: 24-25 July 2009.
     
   • Place: Huerto de la Rueda in Murcia
   • Price: Advance: 55 €, Taquilla: 65 €, single days: 45 €.

   • Friday: Meshuggah, Pestilence, Dark Funeral, Akercocke, Evile ("Sepultura?)
     
   • Saturday: Arch Enemy, Carcass , Obituary, Marduk, Municipal Waste (Sepultura "?)
   • I can not believe my eyes ... so many grupazos Thrash, Black and Death on stage together ... it will piss bitch ! I can not highlight any of them because they are all impressive.
     
6. Metalway : Classic Heavy Metal and Metal together in the most ambitious festival of Spain.
   
   • Date: 20-21, 26-27 June 2009. [Saturday-Sunday, Friday and Saturday]
     
   • Venue: Recinto Ferial de Zaragoza
   • Price: 60 € per day. Soon it will be selling the tickets for each weekend and for 4 days.

   • Saturday 20: Red Baron, Children of Bodom, Blind Guardian, WASP, Europe, Riot, Samael, Lita Ford, Axxis, Sodom.
     
   • Sunday 21: Heaven and Hell, Warcry, Opeth, Paradise Lost, Jon Oliva's Pain, Lauren Harris, Heaven's Basement, The Cannibal Queen.
     
   • Friday 26: Warlock, Motorhead, Twisted Sister, Queensryche, Apocalyptica, Tesla, Tarja, Amon Amarth, Prong, Epica, Black Stone Cherry.
     
   • Saturday 27: Manowar, Immortal, Stratovarious, Saxon, Candlemass, Moonspell, Dark Tranquility, Destruction, Gotthard, Pretty Maids, Primal Fear, HolyHell.
     
   • Possibly the biggest Festival in Spain now confirmed. The heterogeneity of the bands makes it more palatable to enjoy different styles or even to rest with those groups least we like. Motörhead I did not lose them, and it is my chance to see Amon Amarth and Opeth. Back to Apocalyptica and Immortal enjoy calls me a lot of attention. But the highlight comes with the camouflaged "Black Sabbath" under the name Heaven and Hell.
     
7. SONISPHERE : A large traveling festival that will delight the new metalheads.
   
   • Date: July 11, 2009 [Saturday].
   • Venue: Forum, Barcelona
   • Price: 75 €

   • IMPRESIONANTEEEEE! I'll have to see Metallica, because I do not miss this sign ... god if Trivium stay out on the party would be a treat.
     
8. PiornoRock : The Granada Festival wants to regain its essence. The big international bands and groups are booming Granada the great attraction of this directory.
   
   • Date: June 6, 2009 [Saturday].
     
   • Place: Pabellón Municipal de Pinos Puente, Granada.
   • Price: 24 €.
